The Red Headed League was launched at Bloc Projects, Sheffield 30th November 7 - 9pm. Click to purchase.

The project, initiated by Michael Day and Lesley Guy (as Furlough) was insipired by the Sherlock Holmes story The Adventure of the Red-Headed League and employed the services of thirteen red-headed artists to respond to entries from the Encyclopedia Britannica.

In keeping with the spirit of Jabes Wilson's original task from the short story I set about with an enclyclopedia, carbon paper and pen to copy out the original entry...
